Return & Refunds

Damaged prints - Carla prides herself in the quality of her prints if you receive a damaged print please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement print. Take a photo of the damage and send to carla@carladaly.com or 0872138087. Please wait for our confirmation of receipt of your email or text before you send your purchase back. We will ask you if you would like us to replace the print or refund your card.

Prints are as seen on the website but sometimes colour may vary slightly.

Quality:

Wall Prints come in 6 sizes - 30 x 30 cm, 50 x 50 cm, 70 x 70cm square prints or 40 x 50cm, 50 x 70cm , 61 x 91cm rectangular prints. Each print is printed on high quality art paper.
Delivery

For Irish customers we ESTIMATE a delivery time of 5 to 6 working days from the day you place your order. Opt for Express post and receive your order within 3 /4 working days! Please find more information below.

We offer two types three shipping to our customers.

Standard Airmail: this is free within Ireland. United Kingdom & for rest of world- €10 The service used is the Standard Post service of the Irish Post (An Post). Standard Airmail times for arrival of your order- Ireland- 5 / 6 working days. UK- 6 / 8 working days. Europe - 8 / 12 working days. USA - 10 / 14 working days. The rest of world- 10 / 14 working days *Times may vary, this is an estimated time of arrival.

Express Post: is available for Irish customers only. Express Post postal times for delivery or your order is within 3 / 4 days. The service used is the Anpost Express Post service of the Irish Post (An Post). Express deliveries can be tracked here.

Each print is rolled in a tube for protection during delivery.
All prints are dispatched from Dublin, Ireland.

2. Shipping to an alternative address

If you would like to ship to a different address than your billing address you can specify this during the checkout process of our shopping cart.

3. International Shipping
We charge a of €10 for rest of world. All shipping options will be available at checkout.
